Standard services are professional services. Refund eligibility depends on payment state, service commencement, and work already completed.

Unconfirmed payment
An order without authoritative on-chain confirmation is not treated as paid. Expired or unmatched transfers require investigation and are not fulfilled or refunded based on a screenshot alone.
Before service commencement
If payment is confirmed but the service has not been scheduled or started, contact support to request cancellation. Eligibility and blockchain fee treatment depend on the verified circumstances.
After service commencement
After discovery, assessment, training, configuration, or other delivery work begins, any refund is evaluated against the undelivered scope, agreed terms, and work already performed.
Wrong network or address
Losses caused by an incorrect network, token, or address are generally irreversible. AIPay can assist investigation but cannot guarantee recovery.
How to request a review
Email support@aipayapp.com with the order number, order email, reason, and transaction hash where relevant. The outcome is confirmed through the order email.
